Day one of training for Rock n Roll AZ Marathon. Jan 2015. My focus is to run this marathon and finish around 4:30 time frame. If I stick to my Coaches training schedule and do my best to eat right this will happen. Right now I'm not in the shape I need to be in right now but this is the start. I'm also adding prayer to this training because as winter comes I will need God's help for motivation on those snowy days!
